Services offered in practice:  Patients not aware of all current services offered at the practice. Advertise services more in-house and on our website

 

Information for patients:  Patients would like information regarding the surgery and any updates for new services to be advertised in house (TV screen, posters) and for the information to be displayed on our website

 

Contacting patients:  Patients would prefer the surgery to contact them by e-mail, text message or telephone call. Contact by letter was the least preferred method

 

Feedback for the surgery:  Patients method of feedback to the surgery would be via e-mail or via the website
